Change the bank details for your Direct Debit donation
If you need to change the bank account you have set up for your Direct Debit donation to be taken from, there is no need to contact your bank or to cancel the original Direct Debit. Instead, simply contact the Development Office via email@example.com or 0121 415 2245 and advise us of your new bank details. We will then update our systems with immediate effect and we will take steps to notify your bank of the change.
We send new Direct Debit instructions around the middle of each month, so please be advised that you may incur a delay if information is updated outside of this timeframe.
