King Edward's School Home

Legacies

The Trust is committed to increasing the provision of Assisted Places at King Edward's.  Currently 20% of boys have an Assisted Place but there are many more boys who need support.  Our long-term aim is to double the number of places that are available.

Although, in the short-term, we plan to raise an annual income through regular giving, the long-term sustainable solution is to build up an Assisted Places Endowment Fund, the income of which will fund these places in perpetuity.

Legacy gifts are about making a last difference and Old Edwardians, by supporting Assisted Places in their wills, will be changing the lives of future generations of King Edward's pupils.  Of course, we understand that donors may prefer to direct their legacy to other areas of the school.

Information about legacy giving can be found in the pages to the left.  For further information, please download the legacy brochure below.
